Impression Design (75153 Merle Dr Suite B, Palm Desert, CA 92211) offers an optional order-status text messaging program so customers can be notified about their orders. Our text messaging number is (760) 766-2842.
How you opt in. Enrollment is optional and happens in person. When you place a custom apparel or school uniform order at our store, a staff member will ask whether you would like to receive text message updates about that order. You are enrolled only if you say yes and provide your mobile number; the text-message option on our order intake form is turned off by default and is checked only at your request. Agreeing to texts is not required to place an order or to receive any product or service, and this choice is kept separate from any other agreement.
What we send. If you opt in, we send transactional order-status messages only — for example, notice that your order is ready for pickup, and pickup reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your order (typically a small number of messages per order).
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further texts unless you re-enroll. You can re-enroll by replying START or by asking us in store.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with the service providers we use solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.
